Chapter 16. Plumbing

Sec. 16-47. Penalties.

If any person fails to comply with this article for more than ten days after receiving written notice of the violation, such person shall be subject to the penalty as provided in section 16-07 of this Code, and the City of Marshfield may cause the well abandonment to be performed and the expense to be assessed as a special tax against the property.
