Chapter 6. Fire Protection

Sec. 6-33. Tents.

No tent enclosing in excess of 1,500 square feet shall be erected within the City of Marshfield, except upon permit by the Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department. The fee for such permit shall be $25.00 per occasion of use, and subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the fire chief or his designee, as required for pubic safety.
