Wildwood Zoological Society

The Wildwood Zoological Society was formed in 1972. For the past forty years, the Zoo Society has planned, funded, and provided volunteers for most of the programming and events that took place at the zoo. This year alone, the Zoo Society sponsored several education programs that cost over $5,000. This included the Spring Education Programs as well as the popular summer program, Wild Wednesdays.

The Zoo Society has several major fundraisers per year to help raise money for the zoo. Blues in the Zoo (June), Zoofest (June) and Trick or Treating (October) are some of the events where you can thank and support Zoo Society members.

The Wildwood Park Zoological Society works with the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Marshfield to continue improvement and expansion of the zoo.
