COMPLETE applications are due in the Department office by 5:00 p.m. on the submittal day, usually the third or fourth Friday of the month. Except for scheduling conflicts such as holidays or availability of staff or Committee members, meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of the month. Submittals are accepted subject to staff's evaluation for general accuracy and completeness of the application and related materials. This calendar represents a "best case" schedule. The actual schedule of a given application may differ, typically as a result of Plan Commission or Common Council schedule changes, staff's need to review any new information submitted with the final application, or the general caseload of the Plan Commission or Common Council.

A Concept Plan Conference is required for certain applications. This requires initial application submittal several weeks prior to the submittal dates listed here. Please contact the Department for more information.

Notes: Conditional Use Permit requests take approximately 6-8 weeks for final approval. Zoning Change requests take approximately 8-10 weeks for final approval.
