Section 10.06(5)(a), (b)
a) If any property owner(s) fails to destroy noxious weeds as required, the property owner(s), in addition to being charged with the cost of such destruction, shall also pay a forfeiture of an additional $35.00 for the first offense, and a forfeiture of $50.00 for a second or each subsequent offense.
b) Property owner(s) will receive a five (5) day written notice prior to being charged with the first offense under this section. NO NOTICE SHALL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHARGING ADDITIONAL OFFENSES N THE SAME CALENDAR YEAR.

Canada Thistle, Leafy Spurge, Field Bindweed (Creeping Jenny), Golden Rod, Better Ticks, Black-Eyed Susan, Burdocks, Cattails, Chickweed (Common), Cockleburs, Cockle Cows, Fan Weed, Pennycress, Fleabane, Daisy, Giant Ragweed, Lamb's Quarters, Milkweed, Mullen, Common Mustard, Ball Myrtles, Stinging Nettles, Ox-eye Daisy, Pepper Grass, Field Pigwood, Poison Ivy, Common Ragweed, Sand Burs, Shepherd's Purse, Smartweeds (Lady's Thumbs), Annual Spurges, Sticktight, Bull Thistle, Tumbleweed, Witchgrass, Yarrow, Milfoil, Quackgrass, Snap Dragon, Toad Flax, Sour Dock, Yellow Dock, Wild Barley, Poison Sumac, Purple Loosestripe, Spitted Knotweed, Brush (woody stemmed plant) and other grasses over six (6) inches in height.
