- Category B or higher than normal residential strength or volume dischargers:

- BOD greater than 200 mg/L = $0.61/lb
- Suspended solids greater than 250 mg/L = $0.53/lb
- Total nitrogen greater than 40 mg/L = $0.81/lb
- Phosphorus greater than 7 mg/L = $7.09
- Holding Tank Waste - $18.25/1000 gallons
- Portable Toilet Waste - $52.25/1000 gallons
