Communications Media Specialist
The City of Marshfield is seeking qualified applicants for a Communications Media Specialist
Position Summary: The Communications Media Specialist assists in providing accurate and timely information via City publications, social media, City website, and Public, Educational and Government (PEG) Television media outlets.

Associate degree or Technical Certificate Program in Digital Marketing Promotion, Media Relations/Production, Communications, or related field is required.
Minimum of 1 year Experience working with video recording/technology (including script writing, advanced editing and digital filmmaking), electronic circuitry, studio production techniques, and graphic imaging is required.
Valid Driver's License is required.
- Excellent filming, production, and editing skills are required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
- Must be able to work independently to prioritize and manage urgent requests as well as structured long-term projects. Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and be able to work within deadlines.
- Must be proficient with MS Office suite, SharePoint, Publisher/Illustrator, Adobe/Adobe Premier, etc.
Pay: Pay range is $17.42 - $19.24 (July 1, 2018 rates). The City offers a full benefits package including health/vision, dental, long term disability, flexible spending accounts, 457 Deferred Compensation Plan, and WRS retirement plan.
