Chapter 2. General Government

Sec. 2-88. Appointments.

All board and committee appointments by the mayor (except for appointments of council members to boards and committees) shall be subject to confirmation by the council at the next regular meeting of the council after such appointments have been announced by the mayor, but such appointments may, at the discretion of the council, be confirmed immediately following appointment.
