2020 Proposed Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan

Jeremy Faber requested to amend the Future Land Use Map in the City of Marshfield Comprehensive Plan in order to change the future land designation from low density residential (<5 units per acre) to medium density residential (3-10 units per acre) for land near the intersection of 5th Street and Lincoln Avenue. The Common Council approved a revised amendment that can be seen below. This was the only change to the Comprehensive Plan at this time.
