Citizens Fire Academy
OVERVIEW: The Marshfield Fire & Rescue Department Citizen’s Fire Academy is a learning program for people who reside or work in the Marshfield Area and who want to know more about their fire department. It is our desire to increase awareness about the Fire Department with our local residents so they become well-informed citizens who can become more involved with the long- term safety of our community. We will demonstrate the day to day operations of the Fire Department. We are committed to the community we serve and we are determined to be at the forefront of fire and injury prevention and rescue.
WHEN: Currently the Academy is not scheduled to run. If the decision is made to start the Academy again the dates will be announced in the future.
WHERE: The Academy meets at the Marshfield Fire & Rescue Department.
REQUIREMENTS: Participants must be at least 18 years old & live or work in the Marshfield Area.
TO APPLY: Download or pick up an application, complete it and return it to the Marshfield Fire & Rescue Department.
