 Summary

The 2001 structure fire loss in Marshfield resulted in a considerable increase in comparison with 2000 for a total of $1,044,500. It was up 383% from 2000 which had a fire loss of $272,707 and up 630% from 1998 which had a fire loss of $164,100. There were seven (7) high dollar loss structure fires in 2001, each totaling more than $10,000 each. Vehicle fire loss for 2001 totaled $26,028, which is down 67% from vehicle fire loss in 2000.
