West 14th/Brew Pub
Opened in October 2005, Central Waters Brew Pub/ West
14th consists of two great restaurants under one roof. Central
Waters Brew Pub is on the lower level and has a casual “pub and grill”
atmosphere. West 14th is a fine dining restaurant located on the
upper level. Ten microbrew beers and micro-brewed root beer are available on
tap, as well as specialty cocktails. Both restaurants are housed in the
historic Parkin Place building. The building was home to the Parkin Ice
Cream Company, owned and expanded to create national recognition by
Marshfield’s own John Parkin. Please visit the building to see historic
photos and memorabilia. Antiques are artifacts will be gladly accepted on
loan for display.
Central Waters Brew Pub/ West 14th is the
result of merging and expanding what Paul Meier called “the best food in
town,” West 14th Tavern and Eatery, and the “best beer around,”
Central Waters Brewing Company, from Junction City, WI. In addition to
providing casual and fine dining, areas for private parties are available.
Private parties can be arranged by calling the Personal Party Coordinator at
715-302-1993. Novelty items and micro-beer-to-go are also available for
sale.
